What I don't get is why aren't other HY interested in Caare? are HY united even? Clearly it's Jeegaan tag-teaming on Caare, u would assume a HY unity response, but you don't see that and no-one talks about this or clarifies why is it only caare on the move, does he even have the blessings of his clans-men?

All am saying Caare does not the support of habar younis to wage a full scale war because it’s impossible to separate habar younis from the other tribe of Issaq. That why you don’t see him rolling up on big towns or cities and why the elders having all this talk.

His bidding his time just like how he made a move from his base in Pland to Northern Sanaag which he captured. Not everything happens overnight. Nevertheless, the territory he currently controls is impressive for a rebel group that only exists over a year.
Problem right now seem to be that the president does not want to forgive Caare until Caare ask for it which he does not want to do.

That is ducktales. Caare has his army intact, even those that Sland region claimed to "forgive" ain't going anywhere cause they are Caare cousins and will fight alongside him. Caare army is two branches, some who are his cousins and others who are with him for ideology purpose. Neither are going anywhere but will continue to operate in Sanaag state.
