People play football, a British sport exported under colonialism. Nobody bats an eyebrow, but a soon as the great Chinese want to promote apart of their culture, people are complaining about how China is colonising the world. Part of being the largest economy in the world and having so many nations dependent on your cheap exported manufactured goods is that people want to better know your culture

Yes you are right generally. But I do not like string influence of both western and Chinese culture in my nation. We should not wear western suits all the time when we have our own clothing that is suited for the occasions. We should not set up chinese martial arts schools whilst letting our own traditional somali martial arts called Istunka die out.
It's good to take inspiration from the Shisheeye but don't let their ways dominate you in your own lands. It is a form of submission.
