Lowkey big cities are more safer since theres always going to be more than 1 clan there. Hargeisa is diverse asf with even more than 1 ethnicity. It houses syrians, yemenis and oromo people fleeing from persecution.

galbeed is another good place too. Jigjiga is diverse so is dir dhaba and surrounding villages.

Honestly clan doesnt really matter even in monoclan villages and cities. Papers are more important
