The AU are going to send 5000 troops to Bujumbura to 'prevent a genocide'. The capital is slowly emptying due to the threat of civil war but the government are playing down the threat and are said to rejected the AU's offer of peacekeeping calling it 'an invasion'.

Strangely enough it's another Hutu and Tutsi country. Maxaa kala heysto dadkaan. Why not a two state solution?

TIA

This people know how to fight not like Somalis.
Somalis have to much hype in the media.
Like the war in Galkacyo. They said dagaal kharaar ba kasocdho goobaha dagalka huubka culus ba laisku ridhaya. Then the casualty is one dead 13 injured.WTF.
Check Burundi or South Sudan thats real war.
Somalis need to make real peace or fight like men.We are tired with the Tom and Jerry episodes.

Bloody 20 yrs.
Somalis need to either fight or make truce.
But each time somalis say there was a heavy fight it was just mere skirmishes and in real battles would be recorded as just warm up.

There are no clear Hutu or Tutsi areas, they live intermingled geographically. These two groups are more like a caste system than a classic ethnic group with a language and geographic boundaries.

They lived peacefully infact inter married. They share same language kinyarwanda.
Though the tutsi were historical pastrolists the hutus were farmers and they traded. You can meet a hutu and think he is a tutsi viz versa.

Please name one?

Bombings in Hargeisa saw thousands killed in just minutes.

2500 refugees in Hiran were thrown in the river that crosses the province. They either died of drowning or eaten by crocs.

Not to mention the countless fleeing people being gunned down by both the government or by rebel groups in Xamar at the height of the war.

Reer Mudug are known for faan and booto/kibir. They don't fight all that much.

You shouldn't compare gaalkacyo to the civil war. Smh

The Hargeisa issue was Govt genocide not civil war.
As for the Hiraan thing it went on for weeks.
