Who owns this town? it's quite scary if your the official mayor and being SHOT at, this indicates this isn't your town and your just living in a fairy world. I would also like to know are Burco people still 'armed' or has sacad muse taken your weapons to hargeisa?

I heard SL was DISARMED completely and rely on Hargeisa to 'free up' weapons for them, is this true? I highly doubt it personally a somali clan handing over it's weapon to another Somali clan. Do they just keep it their weapons in the outskirts of the town and tuulos?

Somaliland is disarmed but that doesn't mean there's no guns, there's no militias and you can't open carry guns on person or in car of police see you you're spending the night locked up.

But the question is did they bury their weapons in their tuulos like other Somali clans from galgaduud to bari did and donate a percentage of it's stockpile for the greater good of Somaliland like PL did? or did they hand it completely over to Hargeisa? I dont mean light weapons, that's quite common and considered an informal arms market but it's always light weapons(pistols, ak47, grenades), but what I mean is heavy graded weapons like tanks, zu-32, bm21?

What PL did was give portion of it's arms to the government while keeping the rest in their respective tuulos. So essentially all you really see is a portion of PL military strength, the undocumented weaponry is far higher

So what we see in your parade and hargeisa is basically all you have. Dude you don't even have even fraction of PL arms. You combined all your arms and that's all you have is quite scary runti. LOL. There isn't a place large enuff to stockpile puntland weapons is what I assume and why clans hold onto their own arms and donate portion for PL govt. Where-as you just admitted one area is enuff to hold your weaponry which is MEASURABLE.

You hide behind Dhulbahante, that's why most soldiers killed are usually dhulbahante. It's like me hiding behind 'CAARE' and Sacad yonis and re-inforcing him to capture Berbera. I could play that game too but that would mean I AM WEAK to handle you myself. Why doesn't Dhulbahante step away and you will see Isaaq will be finished. Stop hiding behind another man, that's ceeb. It's not even military strategy since u expose a weakness in your army which the enemy will continue to focus on.

Burco Outpost for Caare officially OPENED. Sanaag post opened. Suppy lines OK thru land links galkayo to burco(this won't end forever), port(bosaso for larger weaponry docking), and 'maydh' for light arms in small boats. @Bohol Hurry up and begin recruiting those 'HY in Ethiopia' to begin the march to Hargeisa. Once u destroy that small unit of 'sacad muse' their settled clan and can't re supply ever again. The worst they can do is 'amni xumo' not 'all out war'. U need to two capture 'two' strategic areas. The capital and the port. Make sure 'garhajis' line up all the road links so you have jeegaan 'encroached' and no possible supply line. That's how war is won it's rarely on bravery but ending the enemy supply links.
