HY didn’t have candidates either in all those years. When HY had Presidential candidate they won Togdheer. You can’t deny who won Togdheer.

as for mayor. You can brag I suppose for now .Habar yunus had their run. The previous mayor was running Burco for 12 years and they had 14 councilors to boot compared to just 6 for HJ
