Study Puntland not Galmudug or Somaliland, they have never successfully done a town plan nor is there any activity on the ground suggesting anything is changing for another 50 years for them.
Town Plans must include the following basics
1. Roads, Schools, Electricity access, Water access. This is a bare minimum
2. Ideally it should have market place, sporting ground, and a local park.
Puntland does number 1 well. In the future as our town plans become sophisticated we will include full decked out market place, sporting ground, and local park in all our new 'degaans'. As this happens, you will continue uploading photoshopped town plans for GM and SL to 'retialiate' but nothing will ever change on the ground for your regions
