Somali governments need to come up with a city plan. No matter how beautiful a house you build it should follow a road and street system otherwise the whole neighbourhood looks ugly.

yeah they ate all the beautiful wildflowers Somalia used to have. They also deplete the little grass we have. Miyi/baadiyo needs to rest from grazing animals. That's why we're experiencing famines, because we don't farm and the goats degrade the soil.

I think many of Somalias issues can be solved with Young people not a bunch of odays who main interest in politics is money

Unless you are planning to live there or rent it don't waste money building a house. Buy lands as a investment instead.
But that means locking your money in an asset that doesn't produce cashflow for a while. Never put your money in a investment that isn't cashflow from day one. If you have money to speculate, then by all means speculate on land appreciation.

That is why it is called long-term assessment.
