Hygiene is key, clean clothes, clean body and brushing & flossing teeth(with water flosser or traditional way.)

Ridiculous. Hygiene is a bare necessity. The bar is being set far too low if that is the case. Also, who are you going for? Dimes? Then ya gotta be tallish and have some money and style. If you are going for average though I’m sure a nice personality and a moderate income would do.
