Who cares. We have a valid reason to reject "black" as a social construct. Why should we be identified by our skin color? Whites have historically used it to erase African ethnicities, identities, cultures, ect. and they use it today to lump all people with dark skin or African origin (minus North Africa) into 1 category to associate any "black" person with "black crime and poverty" statistics. Why should we be lumped into AA crimes and poverty statistics for example? And why do they only chimp out when Somalis say this? Why not any other group such as Ethiopians?
