Basically he says the SNA are moving due to tactics (forward).

Says reports that they’ve retreated are not true.

No idea sxb. It seems like there’s no SNA there as they’ve pushed forward. Shabaab aren’t there either. So one or two Shabaab could claim to take it over like that happened in Ruunirgood if you remember.
