@Dharbash I would advice SSC elites to travel to Jigjiga and study their mode of governance and development as you both share in-land characteristics, in-fact expand it and study all in-land african states and collect the positives and leave behind the negatives. Khatumo can be a game-changer for a number of clans whether garhajis-awdal or hawadle-sade. Their all waiting for Khatumo to lay the way forward.

@Dharbash I would also argue lets not put khatumo under Hamar, since legally speaking Khatumo split from an already pre-existing state Puntland, their is no legal doubts there and therefore should also enjoy the same rights as pre-existing federal member states. Banadir-land ayaa'ba raba inay SFG ka orodo, caqli ma aha inay khatumo yirahdan 'hamar baan hostagayna'. I would've raised serious objections

We are steadily watching Khatumo pave the way. It's quite a spectacle. Their unity despite generational internal squabbles is one to be emulated by all Somalis.
