Don't get them Hopes up yet. This "Proj 2025" document was drafted by a think tank called the heritage foundation. He had no say in what the hell was being written in it. I wouldn't be surprised if landers paid big money to this think tank in order to be included in it. And recently he distanced himself from it. He'll probably take a look here and there in this document to take a few "suggestions" and that's it.
