I have to say that irregularities were not only from one party but across the spectrum though they might have different magnitudes.

The underlying problem is the culture of the people. Somalis are masters in fraudulent behavior like forgering age making it lower or higher according to their need.

How is it that 9-15 year olds were past on as 16 year olds?

When they head to Europe they make their ages below 18 so to be registered as underaged minors to get education and better start into their new life.

It is time to look at the people. Another thing is NEC the electoral commission who shut down whatsapp and messenger prior to the declaration and their ineffectiveness to report and intervene in the reported fraud that was going on under their noses.

Because if they have a voter card with a date of birth that makes them eligible, then the issue happened at registration and denying people with a voter card from voting because of "looking" young would be a slippery slope since then it becomes arbitrary who is allowed and who is not.
