How could they overturn federal law?

They aren't overturning any federal law. Last year, the supreme court ruled that there were no constitutional right to abortion, which paved the way for them to 'withdraw' the landmark federal Roe v Wade ruling from decades earlier that made abortion fully legal nation-wide.

Now that the ruling is no longer effective, it leaves up to each state to decide for themselves. Some states have vowed to restrict abortion partially/fully and others have promised to protect it in the state constitution(s).

Which in turn require either the state legislature + governor approval or the public approval through referendum. Hence, why Ohio put this question on the ballot.

Look all the major population centers are too liberal, Farxan Jeyte who is Rer Dalal running for city council district 5 was running on anti-abortion anti-LGBTQ and he lost to a Mulato liberal.

Its disgusting, Rer Dalal need to move to a more republican parts of Ohio, we don't mix well with the liberals as conservative clan.

Abortion is pretty much impossible to make illegal in the western world.

The damage is irreversible.
