I think thats how it works, anything you make after your marriage is legal and papers are signed can be disputed in court. He married her before he signed a big contract with PSG so she tried to finesse some money from the riches he makes. Thats why its scary marrying someone when you make a shit ton of money.

His wife and him were already separated before the allegation.

Her not filing a complaint doesn’t mean much because once she makes a report they’ll go after him in France. You can’t make an allegation and then run away. She also refused to give any physical or mental exams.
