There is obviously a major difference between corruption and looting and I don't think you comprehend the meaning of looting by implying the 3 missing ventilators were looted which obviously isn't the case here.

According to abudak DC supplies arrived 3 ventilators short and were mishandled at the airport. The arrival of the supplies was overseen by ciid as seen in the video you've posted above so if anyone is to be held accountable for the missing supplies after departure from xamar he is your guy. if what you say was the case it would've been condemned by FGS and Galmudug officials but that didn't happen. For all we know it could've been the FGS itself who sent 3 ventilators short.


Dhusamareb has had law and order way more than abudwak did so don't speak to me about law and order in dhusamareb when you're from cabudwaaq. it was just less than 2 years ago when MX stopped fighting in abudwak divided between subclans.
