Last time Puntland ambushed Somaliland positions the Somaliland minister confirmed.

Tonight Puntland attacked again heavy fighting is reported saying Puntland is using hit and run tactics.

This comes as Nicholas Haysom arrived in Hargaysa today and met Muuse Biixi.
