I merely said that this deal is superficial and does not address the key issues that cause Mudug conflicts.
Unless key issues are addressed and agreed upon, Mudug will always have clan conflicts.

Xaaf and Gaas signed a peace deal after Xaaf's Inauguration. This includes Galmudug not claiming any part of Mudug inhabited by Puntlanders. There is no claim.

That is up to Puntland to decide. This accord has nothing to do with that.

Any criminals should be tried, but them being handed over is unlikely. Both Galmudug and Puntland will try their own people. Just because you want it to happen doesn't make it another criteria. And you can't apply this criteria to just one side either.

Is there a copy of the agreement at the inauguration?? I have yet to see it.
I do agree that it is Puntland's responsibility to notify its guests about its laws and customs.
