It's better for Somalia to be under centralist Islamic theocracy like Iran because they are too low iq to understand federalism and democracy if Somalia had just 78 iq they would be able to apply federalism the right way and understand divisions of power and it would be great but it's not going to happen

Yea like united states ..every state can have their own laws...but there is centeral federal government that rule over the land...the issue is not low iq...the issue is corrupted tribal leaders and elders and other countries like Ethiopia, Kenya and gulf countries...its not in their interest to have a strong Somalia
