HSM can’t fire Hamza because Hamza is just a secretary. All complaints by AAW should be addressed to HSM as all the ministers are there with HSM’s blessing, not Hamza and they report directly to HSM for example I agree with him that the NGO situation needs to be changed. We always ask for aid and yet it never seems to deliver any long term drought resistance. It’s become a business and unfortunately seems like the xukuumad is too captured by IC to demand changes from its benefactors.

For sure, Hamza is the weakest PM we’ve seen yet and it seems like he’s happy with that as he is HSM’s political soulmate. Doesn’t want any clashes. If the PM’s ministers are below par, the blame lies with HSM.
