Black South Africans are the ones that have the highest HIV rates at 20%, mixed race and whites are at 3.2% and 0.5%. The white is probably higher than that at like 1.5% but still, much lower.
Its mostly cuz black south africans are polygamous, cheat more and don't use protection.
