Mashalah, that is how the ports works, I remember I had to pick up a load of produce from Costa Rica at the Houston port and had to pay 100$ just to get in since I didn't have a port ID card, I had a guy in golf cart guide and follow me around the whole time, securing ports is necessary and should be taken serious at all times.

This is good and all but we actually want to see progress regarding port being built/expanded. If PO ports is not willing to build we need to move on and get in contact with APM terminals.
