It's about time to PL small investment into Bosaso. Especially around the Business areas and where heaps of foot traffic occurs. Install Survelliance Cameras. Their very cheap. We only need maybe 50 Cameras in Bosaso. We need a command center to watch the city at all times and respond to crime. We need to ensure the cameras are made of good quality and not breakable by the public.

We need to quickly speak with police on the ground if there is trouble-makers to make immediate arrests or if someone is behaving suspiciously.

I called for this a year ago and it's critical, our checkpoints need vehicle scanning machine. Without technology, we can not secure Bosaso or Galkacyo from crime. The population is to large, the flow of people is heavy with people in and out every day. We need technology
