Some skl kids will be allowed to return to class, why don't they just let them have an extended summer break and start in September?? Is there really any point going back to skl for a few weeks in July?
They want to re-open some of the hospitality sector aka hotels, bars and clubs in July conditional to the infection rate decreasing. This is probably the only reasonable suggestion he has made.
