No offense but Cumar Istarliin(the guy with the awesome mustache) isnt MJ. He was the mayor of Muqdisho in early 60s and started the Manifesto (first opposition to MSB) movement to peacefully bring down MSB regime he and his group was exiled family members prisoned and tortured. The manifesto fled to Italy and its remnants formed USC there in late 80s. He was Abgaal Reer Mataan. Im sure @Mckenzie can shed light to this as he has phd on USC history.

Istarliin is an interesting name never heard of him but now I know
