Bleaching

A relative of mine Has the most beautiful skin she’s been bleaicmg over 20 years. Here I am. Struggling with acne and dark spots. I do not want to bleach. I tried everything to get rid of dark spots is not going away. Is there something else they do other then bleaching that we don’t know about? I wanted to ask my relative I thought it would be a rude question so I didn’t

Laser pigmentation removal seems to work very well; also, try using a golden jojoba oil based moisturiser, because it's very similar to the body's natural sebum production.

Now, please excuse me as I desperately proceed to reclaim my masculinity after this gabdho-like talk.

bro you gay?

In order to get rid of hyperpigmentation, you do need to add bleaching agents. But you have to only put it on your spots or dark patches. Even before laser, some dermatologists will prep the skin with tretinoin and bleaching agents so that you get better results.

You can use Kojic acid, Alpha arbutin at a higher %, ect.

bro you gay?

Yes, because moisturising and taking care of your skin means that you devour gus on the regular.

R u overweight? Deal with the root of acne and black spots first

Maybe bad diet not over weight I did gain over 20 pounds due to covid although I was still struggling with acne for the last 3 years
Sis go see an esthetician and dermatologist. Get a prescription for a topical cream like retinol and spot treat nightly. Wear SPF daily and reapply if needed. If you have the money then start going to an esthetician monthly and get professional treatments such as facials, chemical peels or microneedling. Also buy high quality skincare products. I don’t wear makeup anymore so I invest a lot into good products and going to the spa monthly. Of course drink 2L of water daily and get 7-8 hours of sleep.
