The Somali 'Minister of Education' Farah Abdulqadir @faaraxsheekh who was once Gabre's teaboy (Still is?) owns a company called Tasdiiq, which issues university diplomas for $45!

This blatant corruption undermines our entire education system and cheats students.

No wonder Somalia is the most corrupt country in the world and is not moving forward.

The education system in Somalia. Well you can't call it a system because it is fragmented, mostly in private and not public hands. But there are many students who sit exams. Who have to pay this fee to get their certificates if they want to continue their studues abroad as a example.
