That's too low and rare for an African American, I think 20% is average

There's no way the average AA is 20% European. This girl came out as 14% and she's a lot lighter compared to most AAs.
Skin colour doesn't always matter, this guy is darker than her but has more European

Appearance i.e. hair texture or skin colour doesn't exactly correspond to admixture amount. It's not that straightforward. African Americans are quite admixed (on average) and vary in appearance despite being at or around similar admixture amounts. In fact, you could have less admixture in some cases and be lighter. I should add some African Americans from the Carolinas can have zero or very little European admixture. It does occur.
She (the girl in the video) looks mostly West SSA. This girl is mostly West African and is Nigerian American.

Was just about to say Cambodian too, she really does bear some resemblance to South-East Asians
