even now where i live its like that. they just go the parks when everyone else is inside. the only whites outside I guarantee you are the ones that hangout with blacks a lot aka black washed whites.

There are multiple factors why Africans and South East Asians minorities are affected more. Africans are more likely to have comorbidities such as hypertensive and diabetes. They are also 'key workers' so a lot of them work in healthcare jobs, supermarkets and factories so are more exposed while others are isolating. They also live in households with more members and multigenerational so more exposure again.

A lot of the key workers in places like London are black, south Asian and varying other ethnicities. Add in a culture of multi-gen homes and that's a sure fire way for infection rates to increase.
