I don't get the purpose of these types of articles. Do you know what will happen when you tell everyone you are unwanted, you walk around with 'desperate' stamped on your forehead and it will bring out all the abusers and lovebombers. Everybody struggles when dating, it doesn't matter what your ethnicity is or your religion, go speak to some White/Asian etc, people for a change and see what they go through!
Words have power, if you keep telling yourself tales of pity and woe, that is what will happen to you! Have faith and self-respect and dadka jabkaaga ha uga sheekeen. Who will find you attractive, if you tell everyone you are undesirable? That's not good advertisement.

This is about the AA Muslim community.

A lot of guys here are going to go on attack mode, but it’s a fact that within relationships, black women tend to be the breadwinners. This has nothing to do with feminism or women’s rights as this tradition of women providing with regards to the AA community goes back more than a century. AA’s have never had a solid history of their women being looked after and provided for and generally speaking having men who have more than them. Even in the late 1800s and early 1900s when black people were newly freed, American governments would create laws that would force black women to work as white women needed domestic labour. Then add in to the mix that decades later, crack and crime was introduced to their communities, thus incarcerating a lot of men.

The issues with AA women is so much more than those redpillers who are about to invade this thread and scream ‘feminism’ or how unattractive they find black women.

For once, read, pick up a book and actually reflect and observe.

What do you guys think the Muslim community should do to tackle this issue ?

Successful black muslim women need to marry out or down there is no other solution . If your successful and really want to find someone humble yourself and understand that your not always going to find someone that is on your academic or financial level in your race and culture.

Generally speaking men and women value different things wallah it makes no difference for me how successful a women is it doesn't move the needle for me in terms of attraction i could pick the girl working at the grocery store over the successful women .

This is why its easier for men to accept the fact of marrying overseas we generally don't increase our standard when we become more successful every girl that has the looks and the character has a shot.

Women have the need to look up to their man we don't.

Yes, AA have less men available, but other communities have a lot of men, but they are also mostly trash, like certain Asian communities who raise misogynist, abusive boys who are controlled by power-hungry matriarchs. The AA community has gone through a lot, more than other communities absolutely. But still, advertising how undesirable you are, is not the way to go. A lot of their women are beautiful and charismatic and if they utilise the power of self-fulfilling theory and speaking positive words along with duah, Allah will provide.

I don’t have sympathy for Somalis and Eritreans complaining about other light skin Muslims not finding them desirable. There are millions of us and a whole community and let’s be real, for all Somali mens flaws, we tend to only date and take each other seriously. Why do you care what Imran Iqbal or Abdalla Al whatever thinks about your desirability? They have huge issues in their communities. Somali men are already a headache, why do you want men that are even worse?!
