There are about 4.6 million Black immigrants in the U.S. currently -- a figure that's on the rise.

there are 4.6 million black immigrants in America currently by 2060 it’s expected to reach almost 10 million the growth of the black population in America is mainly because of immigrants most are coming from Africa and the Caribbean the black population in America is changing

ADOS/FBA will get a boost from black immigrants they will assimilate into ADOS overtime imo it’s already happening in places like NY/NJ/ and the rest of the east coast where black immigrants have been since the 60s

Exactly, the whites in America have been boosting their numbers from opening free immigration from white countries and assimilating them since America was founded. It's time the blacks start boosting the immigration from Africa to boost their own population.

Inviting skilled/educated black immigrants to the united states will build a strong black upper and middle class it will be the best thing for black America

The non-Muslim population from Africa and the Caribbean tend to have an average of 2 kids. However, the Muslim population from Africa seems to have more than 2 kids per family on average.

There is also the addition of professionals, mostly from Nigeria and Ghana, who started filling the same H-1B visa that Indians were taking advantage of in large numbers. The perception that American policy makers and business leaders had towards African academic institutions have changed, thanks to the large number of Ghanaian and Nigerian professionals who filled many professional roles in the US.

From the Caribbean, with the exception of Haiti, many of the migrants from Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago, and other islands have also had positive impacts on America relaxing many of the rules towards professionals from those islands.

So, yes, while the refugee resettlement is significantly slowing, American business leaders are allowing African professionals to resettle in the USA, and that would translate to increased population numbers.

There is also the recent multipolar world that has emerged from the Russian - Ukraine/NATO war and the rise of China as the leading manufacturing base in the world today. American policy makers are rushing to Africa and are trying to get the African continent on their side. I am sure you saw many American politicians visiting the continent. They seem to be relaxing many visa and other cooperation rules in order to woo the continent to their side.
