Sh*t was different. First, Michael got banned for three months for a photo of him smoking from a bong. Second, his incident was after an Olympics so a lengthy ban did not affect him whatsoever. Third, he took the photo at a time when he was committing a crime in every state of the US.

Also begs the question: If Michael is pothead, how come he has never been caught for marijuana substances during random off-season tests? After all marijuana stays in your system for months.

This is why I sort of see the racism argument. I sincerely cannot believe that they charge everyone that has marijuana traces in their blood test.
