Your claims doesn't apply everywhere in the West. I can for one say that the anti-immigrant sentiments are much more common in Europe than North America.
US/Canada was built upon migrants settling there, and as long as you're a decent person & a productive and law-abiding citizen, you won't be affected.
Europe, on the other hand, have/used to have mostly homogenous populations. So, regardless of how much you contribute and integrate to the society, you'll for the most part be viewed as a foreigner, or a "burden" who aren't supposed to be there. The more migrants move there, the more these sentiments grows and becomes widely spread. I speak from experience.

Horta sxb, I was just speaking from my experience and my observations. Doesn't make it 100% correct, but how I view it. And does absolutely not disregard what you face there. Sorry, if it came across as ignorant.
Based on your explanations, it seems like you also have a simplified view of Europe. Just because guns are prohibited here and we have a frowned upon culture of police shooting "suspects" with the blink of an eye, doesn't mean there aren't systematic issues.
Europe has also its fair share of far right politicians. The reason they don't appear as common, is because of the parlamentarism system most European countries have. Meaning that unlike the US who tend to have to choose between two mainstream parties, we have a variety, from one end of the political spectrum to the other. They don't get as much attention, since they are many smaller parties. Make no misstake, they also spout the same rhetorics as in the US.

You misinterpreted, where I said that it was built upon migrants settling there. Obviously, was I not disregarding the past of what Black and Indigenous people went through. But how the US/Canada have majority migrants or people of migrant descendants. Even if white people were favored. The same doesn't apply in Europe, hence the different experience among migrants living there.
In any case, this topic needs nuance.
