Chyna Crew gangsters jailed for 60 years for raping and torturing woman in brutal drugs turf war.

She was held at knifepoint and made to drink toilet water.

Three Birmingham-based gangsters who used rape as a sinister weapon in a turf war with rival drug dealers have been jailed for more than 60 years.

The members of a group known as The Chyna Crew humiliated and sexually assaulted a woman who acted as a runner for other pushers.

The same gang also blasted the door of a suspected dealer’s base with a shotgun and stabbed a man they believed to be selling heroin in competition to them.

The attacks happened as The Chyna Crew, all of Somalian origin, tried to take over the lucrative market in hard drugs in Exeter in February.

The city’s crown court heard the 28-year-old woman was raped by all three men.

She was also held at knifepoint, slapped, ordered to kiss their feet, drink toilet water, and address them as King Chyna.

They told her they were going to “pimp her out to every smackhead in Exeter for £3 a time” and threatened to shave off her hair and set light to her.

Abdirahman Abukar, 19, of Alum Rock Road, Birmingham, Abdirahman Kadir, 21, of no fixed address, and Ibrahim Mohammed, 18, all denied rape, false imprisonment, kidnap and wounding with intent.

Abukar and Kadir denied possession of a shotgun with intent to endanger life or cause fear of violence.

A fourth defendant, Amber Olivia, 22, of Laburnum Road, Exeter, denied conspiracy to cause grievous bodily harm and possession of heroin with intent to supply.

But they were all found guilty unanimously on Monday.

They stormed out of the dock as the verdicts were returned and a group of supporters in the public gallery shouted: “You’re all racist people” at the jury.

Abukar and Kadir were jailed for 23 years and Mohammed for 15 years by Judge Geoffrey Mercer, QC, who will sentence Olivia on Wednesday.

He told the men: “You came to Exeter to sell drugs but the crimes of which you have been convicted are vastly more serious.

“They were committed to establish and reinforce the position of your drugs gang as a supplier of heroin and cocaine in Exeter in what has been described as a turf war with other dealers.

“The kidnap and rape by each of you was committed against a vulnerable young woman who was involved with a rival gang.

“You threatened this young woman, you humiliated her.

“You kidnapped her and used her for your own sexual satisfaction and raped her.

“She submitted to what you did because she was terrified. You have done untold damage to her.

“These are very serious offences which simply will not be tolerated in this city, or indeed anywhere else.”

He had a plane ticket to Dubai with him.

All four chose not to give evidence but the three men all claimed the woman consented to sex.

They denied their involvement in the other incidents.

'County lines' heroin dealer jailed under child trafficking law

Zakaria Mohammed, from Birmingham, recruited children to sell drugs in Lincoln.

Zakaria Mohammed is thought to be the first drug dealer convicted in the UK for breaching the Modern Slavery Act by trafficking children.

A drug dealer who used three children from Birmingham to sell crack cocaine and heroin to addicts in a Lincolnshire town has been jailed for 14 years after admitting charges of modern slavery.

In what the prosecutors described as a landmark case, Zakaria Mohammed admitted using two boys aged 15 and a 14-year-old girl to deal on his behalf from a flat in Lincoln that was also occupied by two heroin users.

Mohammed, 21, transported the children, drugs and money between Birmingham and Lincoln. He operated the line remotely; taking calls and then telling the children when and where to make sales.

@Jaydaan

We do discuss all kinds of issues all the time, Australians are mature and civilised enough to discuss any subject, there are no taboo topics and we don’t suffer from inferiority “Pride” complex. You claimed the Somalis in Birmingham to be better than Somalis from London because they are “civilised Somali Europeans” who moved from Holland and the Nordic countries. Not true.
