Bimaal revolt is so underrated. It’s partly connected to the famous lafoole massacre duped by the Italians as adwa part 2 which was fought on Wadalaan lands and including Wacdaan and Murusade. There are people praying on Ethiopias downfall but it’s amazing to see that they’re dealing with a nation of 120+ million that’s backed by powerful fellow Christian countries whilst keeping other Somali enemies in check. I wonder if hawiye was in Ogaden position today? not to mention the whole Oromo assimilated hawiyes in galbeed and the 3 decade old struggle to keep Mogadishu (hawiye city) safe.
