May I ask what the biggest city in Hawd and Reserve area is? Is it Harta Sheekha aka Hart Sheik or am I mistaken? I'm talking about the entire Hawd and Reserve area excluding the rest of Somali State and Jigjiga. Not just the Isaaq part which I hail from but the entire Hawd and Reserved as a whole.
