What is the worst and best somali diaspora?

Somali Diaspora in Arabia [minus Yemen] & Egypt are the best.

Somalis in Canada & the UK are bottom of the barrel.

Everybody else is on a spectrum in-between those two polar opposites.

Somalis in Post-soviet Russia and born/bred Somalis-Torontonians are on the opposite side of the bell-curve.

Somalis in Japan -> Degenerates.

What are the Canadian Somalis like outside of Toronto? I heard that Somalis also live in Ottawa and Edmonton but I never hear much about those communities, just Toronto

The Somalis in the Arab countries are first in the forefront, especially those who live in Egypt / Saudi Arabia / Qatar and the Gulf countries in general in terms of commitment, environment and education / then the Somalis of Minnesota, the rest I do not know, but I see the British Somalis have a bad reputation
