Berbera & Bosaaso Coastal Powerhouse

Both cities on the gulf but one is more populated then the other. When I was in Berbera and only have been to Djibouti everyone told me that Bosaaso is like Djibouti where its humid hot like dubai whereas BERBERA is dry HOT.

Taking in all the factors from transport to security who would be the next coastal hub and if they partner up a coastal highway would be amazing plus frequent flights and boat ferrys.
