Instead of Farmajo creating a committe that will over see the creation of Benadir state he ended up bribing Hawiye 13 senator.seats.and possible mps.
This is not actually creating Benadir state.
Benadir state needs an independent state chosen by it's people that will manage its revenues,policing and City council.
They also need to have their own internal mps and ministers to over see the expenditure and improve revenues.
In short they will.be accountable.to manage A2Z of Benadir state.
What Farmajo govt wants is to appoint useless posts but still the management of Benadir will be in his hands.
So all these mps and senators elected are to serve his political interest and is dishonest about allowing reer muqdisho to manage their own affairs.
