You don't need a belt. You have to learn to tie it properly. The trick is to secure it the way you would a towel and then roll it up tightly to keep it in place. Try watching YouTube videos and asking your dad if you need more help.

I pull my macawiis up to take a piss but take it off completely when dropping the kids off at the pool.
