Mashallah this is what we need. Educating the public of the importance of trees and less cutting them for charcoal.
We need to come up with alternatives.
Allah's Messenger (๏ทบ) said, "There is none amongst the Muslims who plants a tree or sows seeds, and then a bird, or a person or an animal eats from it, but is regarded as a charitable gift for him."
This is very good! all the blessings are found in trees. They provide us with shade, food, habitats for the animals and carry out transpiration processes to aid in the rain cycle and lead to rainfall.
Mashallah this is what we need. Educating the public of the importance of trees and less cutting them for charcoal.
We need to come up with alternatives.
Inspiring! this man worked hard his whole life so he could buy land. He ended up buying the worst and most arid land as challenge and in 50 years look at what he achieved with his 5500 acres of land. There is no excuse for rich somalis! they have the means to restore land and turn it into national parks like this man did.
