I find it ironic Somali police over-spend their resources on minor crimes like theft, alcohol, and public disorder. But big crimes like 5 billion dollars missing, fraud, poor governance, cheating, nepotism which can cause the whole nation to crumble you will never see anyone imprisoned or jailed.

This is where Singapore leader prioritized his 'resources' and ensured he allocated more of his govt resources to curb 'major crimes' against the 'state' so he can re-assure investors that the country is 'safe' for investment. Investors do not care for minor theft, picket pockets, but corrupt justice system, unreliable access to courts, no 'government data on it's economy', fraud, bribes, etc. As most Somalis are busy studying 3rd world cesspools, I am gaining inspiration from 3rd world nations that became 1st world nations. We had stronger GDP then Singapore in the 60s, so we got the same start, why did we not perform the same? becuz you guys are distracted to focus on 'failed regions' and never 'inspire' your people to follow 'successful regions'
