Lets be fair though, hsm can not walk safe in the streets of somaliland, they are a defacto state and not under the control of government. They have their own government so in a way they are independent.Thats a win idc

I can see the case for “somaliland” but they are really shooting themselves in the foot by what they did in laascanood. Why did dhulbahante join somaliland instead of their harti people in puntland in the first place? Were they forced into joining? Are there other tribes that were forced into joining?

I really dont know. Half of time i wish all of these people in Somalia\ Somaliland would leave all of Somalia at one time and come to the west for 15 years. While the other Somalis in the west replace them. I think all of them will figure out we are all the same at the end of the day from all corners of greater Somalia.
