You wrong Ogaden do not have more MP then Marexaan in Jubaland.
Ogaden has 15MP in Jubaland
Sade has 19 MP.
On other hand Absame has 21MP, 15 Ogaden, 3Bartire, 1 Habskul and 2 others Absames.
