There aren’t too many places to go out in London for students/grads etc so everyone goes Shoreditch

I think the only UK ethnic minorities that will largely stay insular/endogamous are the Pakistanis/Bengalis and also the Indians to a large extent. Those communities create ghettos that reflect their country of origin which helps to minimise the need to interact with outsiders.

Black and White couples are usually Caribbeans, I rarely see White girls with Somalis, Nigerians, Eritreans, Ghanaians etc... It's mostly Jamaicans.
