I support HG laying out those rahanwayn, I don't see rahanwayn targetting your officers now. It's effective, brutal, and direct. There are some things I appreciate about HG and I have admired that policy. No-one messes with HG, this is a FACT that is undeniable.

There are no murusade in Gaalkacyo. Otherwise it would get bloody.

@SomaliWadaniSoldier what about this policy to stop terrorism. After each suicide or bomb attack and if the culprit is found, we will find our where he lived, which village, neighborhood, city. We will then ask where-ever he was housed, who is the best person in this area. We will 'execute' him for failing to report this terrorist to authorities or allowing them to hide and if he argues he didn't know, then by god we did that area justice by getting rid of that 'duli' they consider a good person. If we apply this policy nation wide, I think the bombs will stop as Somalis will fear the government will find out where these boys spend their time.

I honestly think it can work, it's inspired by HG direct and str8 to the point approach. We can legalize it and add a MJ flair to it and make a 'legal contract' each 'neighborhood' of Mogadishu has to sign. So they can't argue we didn't know, you know the contractual agreement you son of a , it's time to execute that damn contractual CLAUSES.

I agree I boast a big MJ game. But nabada taalo GM oo dawlad la'an ma taalo Puntland oo dawlad ah. The only difference is HG is brutal and direct and all clans 'stay' away from carrying out 'hits' on them knowing the repercussion. All GM is missing is government political agreement between the 3 habars nothing else. It will be the most secure and amni region in Somalia, it already is without even a government. It will have far better statistics then PL in terms of security.
