One thing i noticed all the Somali women i know who grew up in middle or upper class househouds are either married to educated Somali men with high-paying careers or they're unmarried because they have standards because their own Abos were successful men.

But all the Somali women I know who grew up with deadbeat Abos in low-income hood neighborhoods all either settled for dusty uber driving, security or construction working Abdis and if they married a high-value Abdi, it was by luck solely...not by seeking a high-value Abdi. it's very interesting.
