Woooow! I am baffled and undecided on this case.

You have to watch it on that program.

the crime took place in 1996 in a small redneck town in Texas.

A 19 year-old white girl who was days away from her wedding was killed. She was married to a cop. She was killed as she was heading to work at 3am. Strangled and allegedly raped.

sperm was found in her. A year later that DNA was matched with a madoow. In the initial interview he denied knowing her. But in his trial he said “I had sexual relationship with her but I denied this knowing how conservative and bias our town is. A black man with a white girl“.

He was sentenced to death.

fast forward 10 years later, her cop fiance was arrested for rape. Then it was discovered that the man was a serial rapist all along protected by the hood old boys culture in this small town’s law enforcement.

That’s when the Innnocent Project came in. They located at least 9 people who came forward with info. Fiancé’s coworker testified that the fiance told him then that he believed his woman was cheating on him with a “nigga! I can’t take that”. The deceased also told her coworker that she was cheating on her fiance with a black guy named Rodney. A life insurance lady said that when she was talking to the deceased about a life insurance that the cop bf interjected and said “ if she ever cheated on me I’ll kill her and no one will know about it “. The Innocent Project then went after the crime evidence. They discovered that the medical expert from that time admitted to them that he was wayyyyyy off on the time of death. Another hearing was held where a prominent medical expert testified and he said from the video he determined that she was at least dead 20 hours prior (evidenced by rigor mortis exiting). Remember that the cop said she was with him that night till she went to work.

I also just tell you that Rodney (the condemned) has had sexual attacks on females on his past. His DNA was obtained in that manner.

He was scheduled to be executed last year but has been postponed and now he has a hearing next year.

Now celebrities are campaigning for him.

Who is the killer? The black man who has a history of attacking White women but never killed, as far as we know.

The case is so bizarre. The prosecutors are so sure the White cop is innocent. The female white prosecutor seemed really sure about it.


For me, the guilty plea for the black man is this: six months after the murder of the girl, the black guy is caught assaulting a female, and then running away with her car.

When asked for his DNA, he said i need a lawyer right away. That is a problem for me. Because i have seen countless of interviews of guilty criminals, as soon as they know the cops have a big evidence, they ask for lawyers, because they are screwed. loool


The girl was killed by sheer force. Strangled with a belt that looks like a red neck would wear. And the personal way of killing her, a severe strangulations until the belt tears, tells me, its personal. The Madoow, could do that too, if he was high strung on drugs, maybe yes.

What was the motive of the white finacee for killing her? She was going to marry him, she was excited for the wedding. It makes no sense to kill her.

But she never loved him, and probably may have threatened to break it off. Thats a motive to push him off the edge.


But it also makes sense for a random madoow on drugs to kill her random white girl. But why didn't he kill the second white woman six month later???


What was his DNA doing in her? No one believes he had a sexual encounter with the killed girl.


So walaahi -- i was left with 50- 50 it could have been the white rapist or the black guy.

If i had to pick who it is, i say its the black man. He comes off as a sociopath.


This is one those rare cases where two bad men & both pathological liars, but only one is telling the truth-- WHO???

But you said one thing tho..he didn’t kill none of them...but the cop fiance didn’t kill any of his victims we know of...but the fiance cop was on duty when he was raping, could that have stopped him from killing them? I mean he preyed on vulnerable women, ones who were in trouble with the law.

How do you also discard the argument of the prominent medical expert who used two scientific facts to state that she was long dead?

Laakinse, the case is made so complicated in the sense that both of them are horrible people. Both rapist. Balaayo.

exactly, this was 1996, that is why it is unsolved. No Cameras. No sleek Forensic Science. In my estimation both can be guilty. The Fiancee cop could have followed his fiancee to a motel where she slept with the black guy. He could have strangled her in the hotel and carried her to the dump scene. Which explains why her socks was super clean. I dont think the Madoow could be that smart.

I didn't pay attention to the Racist jury elements because that is not definitive, although it contributed to the verdict against Rodney.


The black guy can be guilty by being strung on drugs, and killed her. I have seen many shows where druggies kill only one time when they were high.



The scientific evidence of how long she was dead, also is what the prosecutor was holding on to & believe the white cop was innocent because of it. Which i think it is dumb. The prosecutor lady was saying how can the cop drive 30 miles back and forth in such a short time and not be seen by anyone. But the problem is, the prosecutor are going by wrong time frame estimated. Later science of rigor mortis study of dead body establish that the rigor mortis happens after 12 hours. (the stiffening of limbs of dead bodies) Which dismisses the prosecutors main argument that the cop could not do it, because he didn't have enough time. Wrong!


The sad thing is, Rodney's claims he had an affair with the dead girl. Affairs are usually secret, so no one can account for it. Or prove it.


By the way---i know i said-- Rodney was the only sociopath. I think the cop and rodney both are sociopaths, pathological liars & rapists. Two very bad men.


It really could have been any of the two. But legally--at least in the United State court system, Rodney's case should be dismissed on the grounds of reasonable doubt. Today, in court, good lawyers could argue that and win. Rodneys case is in May 2021. Walaahi oo billahii oo tolaahi this is a heavy reasonable doubt! Forget him being on the death penalty.

I think the case should be dismissed on reasonable doubts count alone. This case actually defines what reasonable doubts is.




on the side note: U know why i dont like Rodney?? aside from the interview room which he made a bad impression on me. But the woman he assaulted six months later after the dead girl, how he assaulted her was just too much. She testified on the show.

She said, she was in public paid phone, he came next phone booth and asked for a ride. She said no first, but he pleaded "I will freeze to death" That is how a killer talks or seduces. But later when they were in the car, he grabbed her back hair and slammed her face on the steering wheel. Who does that?? A maniacal sociopath. LOOOOOOOOOOOOL She is lucky she got away, was my immediate internal whisper. lol
