There's no 20,000 troops in galgaduud. The reason they can't advance is because there's no proper strategy of offense, recently there has been no air support. Ethiopia has no money, they are begging for an IMF loan of 2 billion to cover some of the 6 billion financing gap they have. They can’t fund a military ops, the plan was always to have UAE fund the Shabaab ops. Similarly Kenya is broke and begging for a billion in IMF loans.
US is forcing the IMF not to give anything to Ethiopia till it allows America to control aid travel in Ethiopia and to regions like Tigray. you act as if Galcad is one area. It’s massive and is enough to be a degmo. Shabaab is focus is strongest there as it links Galgaduud to Shabellaha Dhexe and Hiiraan so very strategic.
